The ResMed AirSense 10 AutoSet is an advanced Auto CPAP machine designed for patients diagnosed with obstructive sleep apnea (OSA). Its intelligent AutoSet algorithm continuously monitors breathing patterns and automatically adjusts therapeutic pressure within the prescribed range of 4–20 cm H₂O, helping maintain an open airway during sleep.
Equipped with AutoRamp technology featuring sleep onset detection, the machine begins therapy at a comfortable lower pressure and increases it once sleep is detected. Expiratory Pressure Relief (EPR) helps make breathing out against treatment pressure more comfortable.
