The BMC Y25T is a non-invasive bi-level positive airway pressure device used for prescribed respiratory support. It may be suitable for selected patients with obstructive sleep apnea, hypoventilation or respiratory insufficiency following clinical assessment.

A CPAP machine provides one continuous pressure level, whereas the BMC Y25T can provide separate inspiratory and expiratory pressure levels. This allows additional flexibility for patients who require prescribed bi-level respiratory support.

The machine supports CPAP, Spontaneous (S), Spontaneous/Timed (S/T), and Timed (T) modes. The prescribing clinician selects the mode appropriate for the patient's respiratory needs.

The Y25T supports pressure settings up to 25 cmH₂O in its bi-level modes. Its CPAP pressure range is 4–20 cmH₂O.

Target Tidal Volume technology adjusts inspiratory pressure support within clinician-defined limits to move delivered tidal volume toward a prescribed target. It is useful for selected patients who require this approach to ventilation.

The machine is compatible with the BMC H60 heated humidifier. Some packages include it, while others may be sold separately. Confirm inclusion before purchasing.
